● High-tack acrylic on both sides: Bonds fast to a wide range of surfaces, so parts stay in place immediately
after application, well before the adhesive fully cures.
● Thin tissue carrier: The cellulose tissue carrier lets the tape conform to slightly textured surfaces and die-cut
cleanly for labels and gaskets.
● Heat and chemical resistance: Withstands continuous use up to 90°C and short-term spikes to 150°C, holding
up well in lamination, printing, and general industrial environments.
● Adhesion builds over time: Peel strength rises from 10.6 N/25mm at 15 minutes to 13.2 N/25mm at 72 hours
on stainless steel — strong initial tack with an even stronger long-term hold.
● Clean, residue-free removal: Suited to temporary-to-permanent fixturing where a neat, mark-free finish
matters.

Step 1: Surface Preparation — Clean bonding surfaces so they're free of dust, oil, and grease.
Step 2: Apply — Die-cut or hand-apply the tape, peeling the liner from one side at a time to keep the adhesive clean.
Step 3: Apply Pressure — Apply firm, even pressure by hand or roller — the thin tissue carrier needs light, consistent
pressure across the full surface rather than heavy spot pressure.
Step 4: Mind the Temperature — Apply at room temperature for the best initial tack.
Step 5: Allow Bond to Build — Initial tack is immediate; full bond strength develops over the following hours as the
adhesive sets.
