• Step 1: Surface Preparation Abrade the surfaces slightly with grit paper and clean with isopropyl alcohol to remove grease, oil, and dust.

• Step 2: Load the Applicator Insert the 50ml cartridge into a 3M EPX (Exact Proportioning Mixer) applicator gun. Remove the cap.

• Step 3: Equalize & Attach Nozzle Squeeze the trigger slightly to expel a small amount of adhesive until both parts (A and B) flow equally. Attach the static mixing nozzle.

• Step 4: Application Apply the adhesive directly onto the surface. The nozzle automatically mixes the two parts in the correct 1:1 ratio.

• Step 5: Assembly & Cure Join the parts and clamp them if necessary. You have approximately 90 minutes to adjust the fit. Full cure is achieved in 7-14 days at room temperature, though handling strength is reached much sooner (8-12 hours).
