• High-performance tissue construction: A conformable tissue carrier paired with high-performance acrylic adhesive on both sides, built for demanding mounting, joining and sealing jobs rather than light office use.
• Handles heat: Resists short-term exposure to 120°C and continuous use to 80°C, well beyond what typical office tissue tape can take.
• Conforms to irregular surfaces: The soft tissue backing moulds to slightly uneven or textured surfaces for a tight, gap-free bond.
• Flexible adhesion range: Peel adhesion of 0.9–2.5 kgf/25.4mm depending on substrate, giving reliable hold across metals, plastics, foams and fabrics.
• Multiple widths in stock: Available in 12mm, 24mm and 48mm x 50m rolls, so you can match the width to the job.

• Foam Lamination: Bonding foam layers for gaskets, packaging and cushioning.
• Metal-to-Rubber Gasket Bonding: Securing rubber gaskets to metal housings and enclosures.

Step 1: Surface Preparation — Clean surfaces of dust, oil and grease.

Step 2: Apply — Apply the tape by hand or applicator, peeling the liner from one side at a time.

Step 3: Apply Pressure — Press firmly across the full surface, using the tissue's conformability to settle into any surface texture.

Step 4: Mind the Temperature — Apply between 21°C and 38°C (70–100°F) for best results.

Step 5: Allow Bond to Build — Initial tack is immediate; full adhesion develops as the tape settles onto the surface over the following hours.
