How to Apply Solar Gard TrueVue 15
Professional installation recommended. The Solar Gard TrueVue 15 uses a pressure-sensitive adhesive and is applied to the interior surface of glass using the wet application method.
Step 1: Glass assessment. Check glass type (single-pane, double-glazed, tempered) for compatibility.
Step 2: Surface cleaning. Thoroughly remove all dust, residue, and contaminants.
Step 3: Wet application. Spray soapy water on glass, peel adhesive liner, position film.
Step 4: Squeegee. Push out water and air bubbles from centre outward. Trim edges.
Step 5: Curing. Allow 15 to 30 days for full adhesive cure.
